Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa is situated at the beautiful Venetian Bay Villages.


Venetian Bay Villages is a new prestigious gated community located in Kissimee just off US highway 192 just a short drive to Disney, Universal, Seaworld and all of the other attractions. The gated Community is set in very peaceful, picturesque lanscaped grounds with lakes and boardwalks, there are 4 heated swimming pools with sun decks and loungers, one of them very large with jacuzzis. Also various childrens playgrounds are sited near the pools. The Clubhouse contains a fully equiped Gym, a Games Room and an Internet lounge. There is also wi fi internet access. Tennis, Volley and Basketball courts are onsite.


The Fully Air Conditioned Villa will comforatably sleep 10 and comprises Master Bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath, the 2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom, the 3rd and 4th are twins with their own bathroom (one of these is Disney Themed for kids). The Kitchen has all appliances, crockery and utensils you may need also full laundry facilities. The Lounge and Dinning Room are light and airy with patio doors leading out to a patio area. There are TVs, DVD (with many DVD's for kids and adults), VCR and telephones aswell as a stroller, crib/playpen, high chair and toys for the kids to use.




Within a few minute drive there are 100's of bars, shops, resturants and a super wal mart. Also many golfcourses are close by. The wonderful sandy beaches are under an hours drive as is the Kennedy Space Center. Venetian Bay Villages is well located for all your holiday needs.
